clean dogs' teeth with fluoxide?

Question:

Some veterinarians suggest cleaning dogs' teeth with 50/50 fluoxide and water, but isn't fluoxide can potentially cause damage to the brain?

Answer:

Flouride is a tough one! It is shown that fluoride in drinking water may react with aluminum, to cause Alzheimer's disease. Over 1,100 scientists at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency denounced fluoridation while their employer, the EPA, continued to support it. Former EPA scientist Dr. Robert Caxton, called fluoridation "the greatest case of scientific fraud of this century, if not of all time. Very few countries fluoridate. Of course the US loves it regardless of the science that shows it is not good for humans to ingest. Your reference to brain problems is related ot studies that showed it affacted IQ and think patterns in children. I don't know if the flouride effects on your dog are as bad as they are on you you but I would avoid it.

Brushing a dogs teeth why? Why does the dog need its teeth brushed? Does brushing actually help the teeth stay rooted in the gums? Why don't you feed natures dental care for dogs?
